In 1980, Taurus took over the Beretta factory in S̃ao Paulo, Brazil and immediately began to revise the Beretta design.

The result of this is the well-known Taurus 92, which is highly appreciated by hunters and sport shooters alike.

With the current model, Taurus has taken a further step in development.

The frame, newly designed from a special alloy, is extremely robust and gives the sled an excellent grip.

Another new feature is the 3 position fuse attached to both sides of the frame.

Equipped with plastic handle scales, the weapon lies very well in the hand.
