P22Q means Walther P22 Quick Defense. The original is a refinement of one of the most successful rimfire pistols in the world – the Walther P22.

The Q model has a number of features besides those in the classic P22: a completely redesigned frame with a time-tested Hi-Grip finish and interchangeable backstraps in two sizes (S/L, included).
In addition, the slide serrations have been enlarged for better handling.
This model is also conspicuous for its elegant nickel finish. The Picatinny rail permits mounting of standard accessories.
